Investment Summit (A 4-day workshop)

-And, continue to build my Real Estate portfolio (with total investments in excess of 15Cr)

-Through this workshop, my goal is to teach about different asset classes. 

-Total teaching time dedicated to each segment: Stock Markets (50-60%); Real Estate (20-30%); Cryptos (20%) 

This is an Online + Offline workshop, with a total teaching time of 16 hours

Class & Workshop Structure: 

– You will learn about the Stock Market, Real Estate & Cryptocurrencies.

– How to do Macroeconomic Analysis of the Markets

– How to Buy and Sell Stocks (Fundamental Analysis of stocks).

– How to analyze good businesses (Business Analysis): reading balance sheets, cash flow statements & interpreting financial ratios

– How to build a Mutual Fund portfolio 

– How to analyze Real Estate. Good vs Bad Real Estate 

– Buy Commercial/Residential real estate? 

– How to finance Real Estate 

– Basics of Airbnb

– What are Cryptocurrencies? And, their utilities 

– Difference between good/bad cryptos 

– How to buy Cryptocurrencies & Taxation 

Workshop Structure: 

• Classes will be held over 2 WEEKENDS (25th & 26th May) & (8th & 9th June). 
• 25th & 26th May: the classes will happen from 12 noon – 3pm each via Zoom platform (QnA after that)
• 8th & 9th June will be an in-person event in Hyderabad. The classes will happen (11 am -5 pm). Please note: Logistics have to be arranged by you.
• The seats are capped at 200 students so that better attention could be given to each student. And, all your doubts can be solved.

The total LIVE teaching time would be 16 hours. This is a fairly lengthy course.

Additional time for DOUBTS after each class.

So the total course time would be 20+ hours.
