– More importantly: I travel extensively abroad. And, study these markets for a living. 

– I don’t claim to be an expert on any Real Estate market: my job is to help you understand the pros and cons of different markets. And, give you more reliable (and unbiased) info on different real estate investment options.

Will the course be LIVE or recorded? 

It will be mixed. 

There are pre-recorded videos you will watch. And, every month you will be invited for a workshop (online): where you will get to meet fellow investors.

If you are looking at prospective properties, you can send Akshat your intent to purchase RE and he will give a viewpoint.

How do I get my questions answered? 

• Attend the LIVE workshops (you will get access to 1 workshop every 30 days that will be conducted online via Zoom platform) 
• There is also email support: you can ask 1 detailed email/30 days. This will personally be answered by Akshat. 

What if I don’t like the course? 

1. You can ask for a full refund within 24 hours of joining the course (right now we are in pre-launch, so you can ask for a refund between 1st July 00:00 hrs to 2nd July 00:00 hrs) 

2. But, please note we can’t issue a refund (for whatever reasons) beyond the 24 hour deadline 

3. The moment you cancel, we will issue a refund within 48 hours. No questions asked. 

When does the course start? 

1. The course goes live on 1st July 2024 

2. The price is 19,999/- INR + 18% GST

3. If you pre-join the course price is 12,999/- INR + 18% GST

No subsequent discounts would be run on the course. 

The course access is for a year and will expire on 2nd July 2025.
