Stock Market class starts on 7th October, 2022

This is a course on wealth building. I will take you through the fundamental and technical analysis of making investments. We will learn about developing your own psychology of building wealth.

Course Outline:

1. Week 1: Fundamentals of Economy & Economics

• Basic concepts in Economics (Microeconomics) & how it relates to the stock markets – 2 hrs
• Basic concepts in Economics (Macroeconomics) & how it relates to the stock markets – 2 hrs
• Readings will be assigned both before and after the classes.

2. Week 2: Stock Market for beginners

• Bond vs Stock markets – 30 min
• How to analyze news – 30 min
• Developing a portfolio: risk, diversification, portfolio design, goal-based investing -1 hr – Some key concepts about the stock markets (how not to lose money in the stock market) – 2 hrs
• A discussion on mutual funds: mistakes people generally make – 1 hr

3. Week 3 & 4: Stock market for intermediates

• Swing trading & Timing the market intelligently – 1 hr
• Fundamental analysis of stocks – 4 hrs

• a. Basic financial ratios
• b. How to think like an Entrepreneur and do business analysis
• c. Reading a balance sheet like a stock investor
• d. Building a business forecast

• Basics of Technical analysis: understanding major technical indicators – 4 hrs

• Case Studies on 5 major firms
• You will learn the basics of valuation, how to assess businesses and how to research and make
• informed decisions.

4. Week 5 & beyond: Wrap-up and next steps

• Discussions on different investment styles (Ray Dalio, Warren Buffet, Cathy Wood etc) – 1 hr
• Discussions on Economy/state of the stock market – 1 hr
• Indian vs US Stock Markets – 1 hr
• Financial Book analysis (key lessons from investment books) – 1 hr

5. One bi-monthly meeting with the group:

• You will be added to a private Telegram/Whatsapp group.
• Will discuss Market and Stock updates during these meetings.
• QnA.
• PS: This is not a course on getting rich fast. You will learn things fundamentally.

1. What is the price?

• You can buy an individual module, price is INR 12,499 + 18% GST (2249.82)= INR 14,748/-
• All three module prices bought together (includes Stock Market + Crypto + Year-long
• discussions sessions): INR 23,500 + 18% GST (4230)= INR 27,730/-
• If you wish to buy any 2 modules, the price would be INR 19,500 + 18% GST (3510)= INR 23,010/-

• Please note that these are LIVE courses, you will see my teaching LIVE. –

2. I am a working professional. Can I join? What would be the class timings?

• Yes, you can: classes will happen on Friday, Saturday, Sunday only.
• If you miss a class, you can also watch the recording (recordings will be available for 6 months).
• The timings of the course would be as follows:
• The Stock Market (Module 1) would happen at night between 7-10:30pm IST (timings might vary from week to week, and will be announced each week) on Friday, Saturday and Sundays. These would continue for about 5 weeks.
• And Crypto (Module 2), will be on Saturday and Sunday afternoons. These would continue for around 4 weeks.
• Each class will be for 1 hour followed by 15 mins of Q&A with a maximum of 4 classes in a day. This way you will be able to retain things better.

3. What if I miss a class?

• You can watch the recording. Recordings of the sessions will be provided to all participants.

4. What is the benefit of joining the Discussion Modules?

• You will be able to apply the concepts that I am teaching in real world – I will curate the content and send you almost every alternate day
